Job Summary:

The Transition Representative would be a key service member in onboarding teams to NewEdge Wealth. The role will provide the opportunity to travel to different cities for onsite support during the transition periods. The day-to-day requirements will include gathering client profile information, generating and submitting account applications, tracking transfers, and proving status reports. The Transition Representative will interface with prospective clients, existing clients and advisory teams to anticipate their needs, resolve their problems, and follow through to provide exceptional service.  During the non-transition periods, the role will focus on the training and development of the new employees including the execution of procedure manuals and the creation and presentation of supporting training materials.

 

Location: This position is a rolee for candidates in Pittsburgh, PA or Stamford, CT. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Operations  

During a transition, support the new team members with onboarding clients by collecting client data, updating CRM, sending out account opening, advisory and transfer paperwork
During a transition, support the New Accounts team by assisting in opening new accounts and submitting and tracking transfers
Support advisors with troubleshooting operational issues and escalating issues to various departments to support NewEdge Wealth with the integration of each team
Work with Management and utilize technology solutions to provide effective oversight & support to advisors in their continued development

Ensure that operational and account-opening policies and procedures are implemented and followed
Practice Management
Maintain contact management systems with up-to-date key client information
Understand risk awareness and regulatory knowledge

Required Skills/Abilities:

1+ years of Wealth Management experience preferred
Account Opening and ACAT operational understanding preferred
College Degree preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, including being polished, courteous, professional, and patient
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Possesses exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong time-management
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
