Job Summary
American Trust Custody is looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join the Trust & Custody Tech Ops team. The Application Support Analyst is part of the Tech Ops, Application Development team, and will be responsible for technical operations, troubleshooting, and supporting TNS, the Trust & Custody custom application. This position will work closely with the product development and IT Infrastructure teams and serve as a point of contact for day-to-day operations with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, unit test, and implement solutions to application bug fixes in accordance with established standards.
Perform peer-to-peer code reviews as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve existing programs to prevent recurring incidents and to improve processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
Investigate and resolve data related issues.
Document incident resolution and develop knowledge base documentation.
Participate in on-call support rotation.
Provide excellent customer service through direct and indirect support to employees and customers.
Various other daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks as assigned.
Skills/Abilities:
3-5 years’ experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field. In lieu of degree, relevant experience will be considered.
Knowledge and proficiency in .NET (VB and C#).
SQL Server
ASP.NET
Full Stack experience a plus.
Visual Studio
Azure DevOps experience a plus
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented
Logical and analytical skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Financial Industry experience a plus
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 base salary, based on experience, plus eligibility to participate in the company’s bonus program
