Job Summary:

The Institutional Retirement Service Representative facilitates the efficient operations of the of the Institutional Trust Operations department and serves as the day-to-day contact for Third Party Administrators / Record-Keepers

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Monitor MATC web site and phone calls
Respond to and resolve client inquiries
Establish and review client accounts and the necessary documentation
Work with fund companies to get accounts established quickly
Monitor and process client account workflow
Complete fund applications
Coordinate meetings and agendas
Conduct web-based demos
Actively participate in client meetings or conference calls
Document internal operating procedures
Represent the company and its services professionally and with polish
Address trading communication issues
Familiarize your self with the other departments and roles
Learn and understand regulatory and compliance issues related to client on-boarding
Assist with reconciling accounts to meet statement deliverables
Respond to auditor requests
Perform data entry
Become well versed in the MATC Trust system (TNS)
Assist with asset transfers cross-departments

 

Skills/Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in a Client Support / Retirement Industry position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Interact with clients in a consultative way
Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a team
