Job Summary:
The Service Experience Associate will be an integral part in assisting advisory teams with every challenge, question, or issue they may encounter. Whether it’s collaborating with New Edge Advisors or managing their various custodial partnerships, we’re committed to providing clear and complete solutions in a timely manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist advisor teams with escalation items and navigational support for advisory and brokerage needs in the Fidelity NFS and IWS systems – all aspects of account administration, custodial operation support and platform support.
Assist advisor teams with escalation items and navigational support internally with all NewEdge Advisors departments.
Handle the review and approval of asset movement items within Fidelity ICP.
Group project participation.
Fielding Live Operator and Service Experience queue phone calls
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience working in either a back office setting or working directly in an advisor’s office.
Proficiency with securities industry case management processes and procedures
Familiarity with Broker Dealer and RIA departmental functions
Experience with Fidelity NFS and Fidelity IWS
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and DocuSign
Excellent client service skills
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability work independently
Proactive self-starter
Salesforce user experience preferred.
Orion user experience preferred.
Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 base salary, based on experience, plus eligibility to participate in the company’s bonus program.
