Summary: ­­The Systems Admin Specialist works closely with the Senior Operations Project Manager to ensure tasks associated with systems and software of Retirement Planning are performed in a timely and accurate manner.

Position involves the ability to perform the following:

Maintains and monitors critical jobs/tasks running in Relius Administration system.
Performs daily maintenance of Retirement Planning databases including uploading and downloading files to database.
Monitors internal Pooled fund file transfers between Trust and Relius systems.
Administers/monitors trading links.
Maintains/monitors file imports and exports of transaction records.
Maintains reports using Crystal Reports software to be used both internally and externally for Retirement Planning.
Monitors issue resolution requests and prioritizes based on impact to clients and the company.
Monitors Relius job queue which includes dividends, daily web/vru transactions.
Administers weekly eBal function.
Maintains client reports and forms on Web.
Maintains Relius Transfer File programs.
Maintains departmental files.
Looks for workflow improvement opportunities and brings suggestions to supervisor.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Trading functions as directed and monitoring of daily tasks and stp jobs.
Lead projects as directed by Department Head.
Perform various reconciliations for share/cash and other items.

Ability to operate the following: Systems savvy and PC/Laptop
Ability to work with the following software:

Relius Administration, Crystal Reports, Internet Explorer (or other web browsing software), Access, Word, and Excel

Minimum Level of Preparation:

Education: Equivalent of two-year degree
